

India wicketkeeper-batter Yastika Bhatia produced a memorable innings in the one-off Women's Test against England at Lord's, scoring her maiden Test century and creating history. The left-hander reached her hundred in 145 deliveries, becoming the first woman cricketer to score a Test century at Lord's. Her composed knock helped India strengthen its position in the match and extend its advantage over the hosts.
At 69 overs, India reached 264/5 in their second innings, taking an overall lead of 379 runs. Yastika remained unbeaten on 105, while Richa Ghosh was at the crease. Earlier, Smriti Mandhana contributed 70, Shafali Verma scored 33, and Deepti Sharma added 10 runs. For England, Sophie Ecclestone claimed three wickets, while Lauren Bell picked up two. In the first innings, England were bowled out for 170, with India replying with 285.
