RTC Driver Shankar Goud Dies After Suicide Attempt During Strike

A tragic incident has occurred during the RTC employees’ strike. RTC driver Shankar Goud, who attempted self-immolation by pouring petrol on himself in Narsampet of Warangal district on Thursday afternoon, has passed away. He suffered severe burn injuries and was initially shifted to MGM Hospital in Warangal. As his condition worsened, he was being taken to Hyderabad for advanced treatment. However, he died near Karmanghat while being transported.

His body is currently kept at DRDO Apollo Hospital in Kanchanbagh, according to available information.
