Government Launches App for Medaram Jatara Information

To facilitate devotees visiting the Medaram Sammakka–Saralamma Jathara, a dedicated WhatsApp chatbot named ‘MyMedaram’ has been launched. By sending a message to 7658912300, users can instantly access information such as route maps, locations of toilets, medical camps, and traffic updates.

The chatbot also provides details related to help desks, the history of the Jathara, information about missing persons, grievance registration, and drinking water facilities. Officials stated that these services are available not only through the website and mobile application but also conveniently via WhatsApp.
