

S.S. Venkatesh is a renowned sound designer and music director in the Telugu film industry, known for his contributions to numerous films and television projects. Born on April 6, 1987, to Satyavathi and Hanumantha Rao in Buchireddypalem, Nellore district, he pursued his education in Buchireddypalem and later in Addanki, Prakasam district. During his degree studies, he moved to Hyderabad in 2004, where his elder brother was working as a keyboard player at Ramoji Film City. Coming from a family with a strong musical background, Venkatesh developed a deep interest in music from an early age.
He began his professional journey as a dubbing assistant engineer for the film Lakshyam and later worked on several projects, including Bahumati and Mee Intikosthe Em Istharu Maa Intikosthe Em Testharu. At Ramoji Film City, he initially worked as an engineer and music director for the popular television program Neralu-Ghoralu, contributing to nearly 1,000 episodes. In 2010, he co-founded Angel Studio and worked on films, documentaries, and spiritual content until 2014. He later established his own studio and contributed as a sound designer and music director for films, advertisements, songs, and short films. Venkatesh also worked as an assistant to noted music director Mani Sharma and contributed to major films including Acharya, Bholaa Shankar, Kannappa and several other prestigious projects.
