Key Decision on Kaushik Reddy Issue by Ethics Committee

The Telangana Assembly Ethics Committee is scheduled to meet again on September 19. The committee is reportedly dissatisfied with the explanation submitted by BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy regarding his conduct in the Assembly. The matter had earlier been referred to the Ethics Committee, which sought a written explanation from the Huzurabad MLA.

Following its consideration of Kaushik Reddy’s response, the Assembly has permitted the Ethics Committee to submit a comprehensive report on the matter before the next Assembly session. The September 19 meeting is expected to focus on further deliberations and the preparation of the committee’s report.
