

At the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, several prominent figures from the film industry attended, including producers Suresh Babu, Allu Aravind and Megastar Chiranjeevi, along with actors Genelia and Akkineni Amala. Other Telugu and Hindi film personalities were also present, as well as Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy emphasized that the government is ready to provide all necessary facilities for the growth of the film industry in the state. He announced plans to set up a “Skills University” in Future City to train local talent according to the industry’s needs. He also suggested that 24 Craft programs be considered to provide industry-specific training for locals.
Speaking at the event, Megastar Chiranjeevi expressed heartfelt thanks for the wonderful opportunity, “This invitation is not for me personally; it has been extended to the entire film industry. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is offering full support to develop Hyderabad into a global film hub. The Chief Minister is also encouraging filmmakers from other languages to shoot their films here. Very soon, more meetings will be organized to discuss the development of the film industry. Efforts have already begun to transform Hyderabad into a world-class film hub, with experts from various fields contributing to this vision,” he said.
