

Many film celebrities, industrialists, and cricketers have already invested in properties and purchased homes in Mumbai. Now, Indian cricketer Shubman Gill has also joined this list. He has purchased a luxurious apartment in the Juhu area of Mumbai, valued at approximately ₹20.7 crore. According to property registration documents, the flat was acquired from a company named Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle.
The apartment purchased by Shubman Gill is located on the 12th floor of the Pooja Luminaire building on Juhu Tara Road in Mumbai. It is reported that he has acquired the entire 12th floor. The total area of the flat is approximately 3,369 square feet. For this transaction, he paid around ₹1.24 crore as stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration fees. The purchase was completed on March 26, 2026. As per Maharashtra RERA details, the building is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by August 2029.
In recent times, Indian cricketers have been making significant investments in Mumbai’s real estate market, with notable names including Suryakumar Yadav, Rohit Sharma and Zaheer Khan. Suryakumar Yadav and his wife Devisha Yadav purchased an apartment worth ₹7.18 crore in the Deonar area of Mumbai. Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh acquired a luxurious flat worth ₹26.30 crore in the Prabhadevi area. Additionally, Zaheer Khan, along with his family, purchased an apartment valued at approximately ₹11 crore.
