IndiGo has submitted a detailed report to the DGCA regarding the recent operational crisis. The report explains the reasons behind the large-scale flight cancellations and delays. Meanwhile, the DGCA’s investigation into the IndiGo crisis is still underway, and the airline has initiated corrective measures to address the issues.
To compensate passengers for the inconvenience caused, IndiGo has announced a special offer. Passengers whose flights were cancelled between December 3 and 5 will receive travel vouchers worth ₹10,000. Only those affected during the specified dates are eligible for this benefit.
