Leopard Skin and Claws Racket..!

Police detained six people at Gannavaram Cross Road in Cherla mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem district while they were allegedly transporting leopard skin and claws. The suspects were subsequently handed over to Forest Department officials. Authorities released the details of five of the detained individuals, while the identity of the sixth person is yet to be established.

The Forest Department has initiated an investigation into the incident. A case was registered against the accused under the Wildlife Protection Act, and they were produced before a court, according to the Forest Range Officer. Officials are also investigating the source of the leopard skin and claws and the intended destination of the consignment.
