Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Mahesh Kumar Goud has reportedly complained to the Congress high command against Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha and Jukkal MLA Lakshmikantha Rao for allegedly ignoring his instructions. Following a reported altercation between the two leaders in Delhi during a Congress meeting, Goud had asked them to appear at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday to explain their conduct. He reportedly waited for hours to hear their versions, but neither leader turned up. Their failure to respond appropriately to his request was viewed as a disregard for the PCC leadership.
Upset over the incident, Mahesh Kumar Goud reportedly left Gandhi Bhavan and brought the matter to the attention of the party high command. He urged the leadership to intervene and take appropriate action regarding the two leaders, stating that their conduct had undermined the authority of the PCC leadership. Goud has also reportedly sent a separate report to the high command regarding recent remarks made by Jadcherla MLA Anirudh. In the report, he expressed concern that the MLA's statements could damage both the Congress party and the state government.
