

The schedule for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced, conducted for admission into prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) for the 2026–27 academic year, has been officially released. According to the schedule issued by IIT Roorkee, the examination will be conducted on May 17 across the country. JEE Advanced is one of the most competitive entrance examinations in India and is required for students seeking admission to IITs.
The online registration process for eligible candidates will begin on April 23, a day after the final phase results of JEE Main are announced. Meanwhile, applications from foreign candidates will be accepted earlier, starting from April 6, with the deadline set as May 2. Aspirants can visit the official website jeeadv.ac.in to submit their applications and access detailed information about the examination process.
