The song “Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke” from the film ‘KD: The Devil’ has become the center of controversy. The movie features Dhruv Surja as the lead actor, with Nora Fatehi and Sanjay Dutt in prominent roles. The film has completed shooting and is now gearing up for release. Recently, the team released a lyrical song titled “Sarke Chunar…”, which has drawn objections from various quarters for its lyrics and dance sequences, deemed inappropriate by some viewers.
The song has also faced heavy trolling on social media platforms. In response, the All India Cine Workers Association filed a complaint with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Following this, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has directed authorities to remove the song from all platforms and advised strict monitoring to prevent the recurrence of such objectionable content in films and music videos.
The pan-India film ‘KD: The Devil’ is a multilingual project directed by Prem and produced by Venkat K. Narayan under the KVN Productions banner. Rishma plays the female lead, while Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty and Nora Fatehi appear in key roles. The recently released promotional video showcases the film’s high-octane action sequences, highlighting its strong visual appeal.
