Did Iran Attack the USS Abraham Lincoln?

Tensions continue to escalate in West Asia amid the ongoing conflict. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard has claimed that it carried out an attack on the US aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. According to the statement, ballistic missiles and drones were launched targeting the warship, and Iran alleged that the vessel had been destroyed in the strike.

However, the United States Central Command strongly rejected these claims. US officials clarified that the USS Abraham Lincoln continues to operate normally and is actively supporting Operation Epic Fury. To counter the allegations made by Iran, the US military also released a photograph showing the aircraft carrier functioning as usual.
