

A special Assembly session will be held in Andhra Pradesh in support of the Women’s Reservation Bill, the government has announced. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said the sessions will be conducted either by the end of this month or in the first week of the coming month. He also directed NDA leaders to use the Assembly as a platform to expose the stand of INDIA bloc parties among the public.
During a teleconference with alliance MLAs, MPs, and ministers, the Chief Minister instructed that protests should be organized at state, district, and mandal levels. He criticized parties that opposed the Women’s Reservation Bill and suggested awareness programs under the name “Stree Shakti.” He reiterated that the NDA is committed to ensuring justice for women.
