

A high-level review meeting on the development works to be undertaken in the Assembly premises was held at the Legislative Council Conference Hall. The meeting was chaired by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and attended by Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy and Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar. The Chief Minister issued several key directives to officials, emphasizing that the Assembly complex should be developed on the lines of the Parliament to enhance its stature and functionality.
CM Revanth Reddy stressed the need to uphold the dignity of the Assembly while ensuring greater privacy for members. He directed officials to establish a dedicated club for members within the Public Gardens, along with facilities such as walking tracks and sports infrastructure. He also instructed that the Central Hall should be completed before the next session, while ensuring that heritage buildings remain protected. Strengthening security measures across the Assembly premises was also highlighted as a top priority.
