

The ICC has released the fixtures for the 2026 U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup, which will be jointly hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia from January 15 to February 6. The tournament will feature 16 teams playing 41 matches, with the final scheduled for February 6 in Harare. The opening day includes India vs USA, Zimbabwe vs Scotland, and Tanzania making their historic ICC global debut against the West Indies. Defending champions Australia begin their campaign on January 16 against Ireland in Windhoek.
Matches are set to take place across five venues: Harare Sports Club, Takashinga, and Queens Sports Club in Zimbabwe, along with the Namibia Cricket Ground and HP Oval in Windhoek. The format will follow four groups, a Super Six phase, semifinals, and the final. Warm-up fixtures will run from January 9 to 14.

Group A: India, Bangladesh, USA, New Zealand
Group B: Zimbabwe, Pakistan, England, Scotland
Group C: Australia, Ireland, Japan, Sri Lanka
Group D: Tanzania, West Indies, Afghanistan, South Africa
The ICC highlighted the event as a proving ground for future stars and expressed excitement over Tanzania’s debut in a global cricket tournament.
