'We Are Taking Telangana to the Global Stage' - Deputy CM Bhatti

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said the state government is pursuing welfare and development with equal priority while transforming Telangana into a global investment destination. Speaking as the chief guest at a meeting of the Indian Overseas Congress (IOC) during his visit to the United States, he outlined the government's long-term development agenda and invited the global Telugu diaspora to be partners in the state's growth.

Bhatti said the government aims to build a $1 trillion economy within the next five years and expand it to $3 trillion by 2047 under the Telangana Rising 2047 vision. He highlighted the proposed Bharat Future City at Mucherla, the Young India Skills University, modernization of government ITIs with Tata Group support, integrated residential schools, student nutrition programmes, the HYDRAA initiative to curb encroachments, and the Musi Riverfront Project to restore the river and create a world-class urban corridor.
