MLA Konda Surekha Stays Away from Praja Palana Celebrations

Praja Palana Day celebrations were held at Khila Warangal on Thursday. Telangana Planning Board Vice-Chairperson Gadwal Vijayalakshmi attended the programme as the chief guest. The Warangal district collector, government officials, Congress leaders and other representatives also participated in the event. The celebrations were organised as part of the state-wide Praja Palana Day programmes being held on September 17.

However, Warangal East MLA Konda Surekha did not attend the programme. Her absence has drawn attention among local political circles, particularly after she was recently removed from the Telangana Cabinet while continuing as an MLA. Surekha had recently held a meeting with Congress leaders and party workers in Warangal on September 13.
