TPCC President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud said that BJP coming to power in Telangana remains a distant dream and predicted that the party would be limited to just eight seats in the upcoming Assembly elections. He criticized those who, according to him, did not participate in the freedom struggle but now speak about national development. He made these remarks during the foundation stone laying ceremony of a new Congress party building in Nizamabad, along with Minister Seethakka.
He alleged that the BJP is trying to divide the country on the basis of religion and caste. He also questioned why KCR has not responded to the allegations made by Kavitha. Mahesh Kumar Goud stated that Congress party buildings will be constructed across all districts of the state. Minister Seethakka said that only the Congress party can bring back the Indiramma Rajyam.
The event was attended by government advisors Sudarshan Reddy and Shabbir Ali, MLA Bhupathi Reddy, DCC president Katipally Nagesh Reddy, and others.
