Pony Verma Makes Interesting Comments About Her Marriage to Prakash Raj

Choreographer Pony Verma has shared insights into her marriage to actor Prakash Raj, saying their 12-year age difference never became an issue in their relationship. She recalled that several of her friends were unhappy with her decision to marry the actor. However, she said his maturity and life experiences helped him understand her better. Pony also revealed that Prakash brought a sense of calm into her life. While she was once accustomed to rushing through everything, he taught her to slow down, enjoy the present and stop worrying about time.

Pony also spoke warmly about her relationship with Prakash Raj’s daughters, Pooja and Meghana, from his first marriage to actress Lalitha Kumari. She recalled that they welcomed her affectionately and even applied mehendi during her wedding. Prakash Raj and Pony Verma got married in August 2010 and welcomed their son, Vedhant, in 2016. Reflecting on their relationship after nearly 16 years of marriage, Pony highlighted that mutual understanding, emotional comfort and acceptance mattered more than their age difference.
