Union Minister Jitendra Singh criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of changing his stand over the NEET discussion issue in Parliament. In a post on his X account on Tuesday evening, Singh alleged that Rahul had demanded a discussion on NEET and later shifted his position despite the government agreeing to hold the debate.
In his post, Jitendra Singh said he held discussions along with Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan regarding the matter. He stated that the government had agreed to Rahul Gandhi’s demand for a Parliament debate on NEET. However, he criticised Rahul for raising a fresh demand seeking the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
