Star cricketer Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma once again embarked on a spiritual journey to Vrindavan. On Tuesday morning, the couple visited the Keli Kunj Ashram to seek the blessings of the renowned spiritual guru, Premanand Maharaj.
The couple reached the ashram early in the morning, around 5:30 AM, and spent nearly an hour in the tranquil environment. They were seen sitting among other devotees, maintaining a low profile, and participating in the spiritual discourse. A video shared by the ashram’s YouTube channel, 'Bhajan Marg', shows the duo listening intently to the teachings of Premanand Maharaj and joining the 'Keertan' (devotional chanting) with deep devotion.
This visit holds special significance as it comes just days after the couple celebrated the birthday of their son, Akaay, on February 15. Known for their deep spiritual inclination, Virat and Anushka have become frequent visitors to Vrindavan to seek guidance and peace from Premanand Maharaj. Deepening Spiritual Roots This is not the first time the couple has turned towards spirituality during their breaks.
