A delegation led by Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy received a grand welcome from the Telangana diaspora upon their arrival at Zurich Airport, Switzerland. Indian Ambassador to Switzerland, Mridul Kumar, accorded a ceremonial reception to the Chief Minister and met him with due respect.
Accompanying the Chief Minister were Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and several senior officials. Meanwhile, Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu had already arrived in Davos, preparing for the visit. The Telangana delegation is set to participate in the four-day World Economic Forum (WEF) meetings in Davos. On the first day, the Chief Minister will engage with industrialists from various sectors, highlighting Telangana’s investment opportunities, government policies and economic growth initiatives.
During the visit, the Chief Minister will also introduce the ‘Telangana Rising 2047’ roadmap. This initiative aims to present the state’s long-term development goals, investment-friendly environment and sustainable growth strategies to global industrialists and potential investors.
As outlined in the ‘Telangana Rising 2047’ vision document unveiled by the government in December, attracting sustainable investments is a key objective. Through this international engagement, Telangana seeks to establish itself as a preferred investment destination on the global map.
