Indigo Airlines has apologized to passengers and announced that it will provide full refunds for canceled bookings. This applies to passengers who booked travel between December 5 and 15.
According to Indigo, the refund process will be automatic. Passengers do not need to request it separately; the amount for canceled or rescheduled tickets will be credited directly to their accounts.
This decision has been made to reduce inconvenience caused to passengers due to some flight cancellations or schedule changes in December. Indigo aims to provide maximum convenience to travelers through this process.
