“I Couldn’t See the Black Bike on the Road,” Says Vemuri Kaveri Bus Driver

New details have emerged in the Andhra Pradesh road accident case. Lakshmaiah, the driver of the Vemuri Kaveri bus, told police that he couldn’t identify the bike lying on the road because it was black in color and not visible from a distance.He said that due to rain and slippery roads, he feared applying sudden brakes might cause an accident, so he decided to steer the bus past the bike instead of stopping.

However, reports suggest that three buses before him had spotted the same bike and safely passed by, raising questions about his negligence and judgment. Police are now examining the circumstances to verify these claims.
