Premium petrol and diesel prices have been increased across the country, with rates going up between ₹1.50 per litre and ₹11 per litre depending on the variant. The price of 100 octane petrol (XP100) in Delhi has risen from ₹149 per litre to ₹160 per litre, marking a significant hike in high-performance fuel segments.
Similarly, the price of premium diesel branded as Extra Green has also been revised upwards, increasing from ₹91.49 per litre to ₹92.99 per litre. The hike is expected to impact consumers using premium fuels, especially in urban areas, while reflecting fluctuations in global crude oil trends and refining costs.
