Additionally, frequent colds, cough or other infections may signal a weakened immune system due to Vitamin A deficiency. In some cases, wounds may take longer to heal, which can also be linked to this deficiency. These symptoms collectively indicate a lack of Vitamin A in the body. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a balanced diet to ensure adequate intake of this nutrient and support overall health.
