Election Code In Force, Wine Shops Shut !

In view of the Municipal Elections in Telangana, the state authorities have announced the closure of liquor shops across all municipalities. As per the Election Code, all wine shops and liquor outlets will remain closed from 5:00 PM on the 9th until the end of polling on the 11th.

Additionally, considering the counting of votes and declaration of results, wine shops and bars will also remain shut on the 13th. Officials stated that the decision has been taken to ensure free, fair, and peaceful conduct of the municipal elections across the state.
