A bronze statue of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was unveiled in Amaravati on the occasion of his birth anniversary. The 13-foot statue, installed near Venkatapalem, was inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu along with Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
Speaking on the occasion, the leaders paid rich tributes to Vajpayee, recalling his immense contributions to the nation and his visionary leadership. They highlighted his role in strengthening democracy, national development, and India’s global standing.
