Two Maoists belonging to the Maderia Division Committee in Chhattisgarh have surrendered voluntarily before the Andhra Pradesh Police. They surrendered on Wednesday in front of Amiti Bardar, the Superintendent of Police of Alluri district. The SP encouraged them to make full use of government welfare and rehabilitation schemes and lead a peaceful and respectful life.
He also advised them to focus on skill development through government-sponsored training programs. The SP appealed to other Maoists to surrender voluntarily at the nearest police station. If needed, they can approach senior police officials directly or through their family members. Officials stressed that those who surrender can benefit from government support and return to normal life.
