

The C-Mitra division, recently launched by Hyderabad Police Commissioner Sajjanar, is providing strong support to victims of cyber crimes. In just 10 days, nearly 100 FIRs have been registered. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI), the team contacts victims by phone to ease their fear and anxiety and guide them through filing complaints.
Victims who report incidents through 1930 or the Cyber Crime Portal have their complaints verified and prepared by the C-Mitra team using AI. The complaint copy is sent to the victim, who signs it and returns it to the police station - either in person, by post or courier.
This system ensures clear, error-free complaints, helping investigations proceed quickly and efficiently. Victims have praised the C-Mitra services for their support and effectiveness.
