The film industry is a blend of beauty, fame, success, struggle, and emotions, where talent and luck play a crucial role. While many achieve great heights, others continue striving to fulfill their dreams. Amid this, actress Kajal Aggarwal has raised her voice about discrimination in the industry. She made her debut with the Telugu film Lakshmi Kalyanam and went on to become a leading actress with back-to-back successes. After getting married and embracing motherhood, Kajal has returned to films with renewed focus. Her latest film The India Story is set to release on July 24.
Kajal also has Indian 3 alongside Kamal Haasan awaiting release. Despite her strong comeback, she continues to actively seek opportunities while maintaining her glamorous presence. In a recent interview, Kajal expressed concern over gender pay disparity, stating that inequality between male and female actors still exists. She noted that even though the industry is becoming more corporate, fair pay remains an issue. Kajal added that she has a special preference for South Indian cinema, where she feels she receives better comfort and opportunities.
