Key Details Emerge in Hyderabad Honey Trap Case

Police have intensified their investigation into a honey trap case reported in Hyderabad, with several key details reportedly emerging during the questioning of accused Pawan Kumar. He allegedly used an Instagram account named ‘Moon Baby 5973’ to trap a student from Malla Reddy College. There are also allegations that he sexually assaulted a victim. Investigators are examining claims that he threatened to commit suicide if the victim refused to comply with his demands.

Police have reportedly identified victims in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, as well as in Pakistan, Turkey and Canada. The alleged victims include police personnel, doctors and businesspeople. Pawan Kumar is also accused of threatening victims using photographs and videos. Investigators are looking into reports that he previously worked at a chit fund company around two years ago and allegedly defrauded another woman under the pretext of arranging a loan. Further investigation is underway to establish the facts and verify the allegations.
