Viveka Murder Case Hearing in CBI Court

The hearing regarding the Viveka murder case is currently underway in the CBI Court. Alleging that the CBI has not conducted a thorough investigation into this case, Sunitha Reddy has filed a petition seeking permission for further investigation.
Upon hearing this petition, the court directed that copies of the petition be served to all the accused. The CBI has already filed its third chargesheet in this case.
In light of these developments, the court has adjourned the next hearing of the case to the 30th of this month.
