TTD Takes Key Steps Towards SVBC’s Financial Self-Reliance

TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu held a meeting with officials of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC) at the channel’s office in Tirupati. TTD board members, SVBC Chairman B. Sridhar Varma, TTD JEO and SVBC CEO Dr. A. Sharath, along with officials from various departments, attended the meeting. The discussions focused on strengthening the channel and moving it towards financial self-reliance.

B.R. Naidu advised officials to increase revenue by bringing in more advertisements in accordance with the channel’s regulations. He also stressed the need to strengthen the marketing department. Officials briefed the chairman on SVBC’s live broadcasts, existing programmes and upcoming initiatives. SVBC Chairman B. Sridhar Varma said efforts would be made to purchase infrastructure and equipment that are currently being obtained on rent. He also said the channel would explore additional revenue opportunities and strengthen its social media operations to provide quality coverage of Lord Venkateswara’s festivals, temple events and facilities available to devotees.
