CM Chandrababu to Launch Development Projects in Tirumala

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is continuing his second day of visit to Tirumala. He will inaugurate several development initiatives today, including the Sri Venkateswara Museum introduced by TTD to showcase the significance of Tirumala and the special features associated with Lord Venkateswara. The museum has four floors, 14 galleries and around one lakh sq. ft. of space, featuring more than 8,000 exhibits.

To prioritise the safety of every pilgrim visiting Tirumala, TTD has introduced a group insurance scheme in collaboration with LIC. A Tirumala Healing and Devotion Experience Centre has also been established for devotees waiting for darshan. Arrangements have been made at Vaikuntham Queue Complex-1 for an immersive theatre and live meditation broadcasts.

As part of its focus on environmental protection, TTD is bringing 32 new electric buses into service. Reliance has provided 25 buses, while Bharat Biotech has donated seven buses to TTD. Chief Minister Chandrababu will also launch the ‘Nandakam’ app to facilitate services related to accommodation rooms for pilgrims.
