India successfully test-fired the Agni-4 ballistic missile from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur in Odisha. Conducted under the supervision of the Strategic Forces Command, the test reportedly met all mission objectives, further strengthening India's strategic defence capabilities.
Ahead of the launch, India imposed NOTAM (Notice to Air Missions) restrictions covering more than 3,000 kilometres to ensure safety during the missile test. Defence experts described the successful Agni-4 trial as another significant milestone in India's missile development programme and a major boost to the country's strategic deterrence.
