Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy to Inspect Poor Families’ Housing Project in Huzurnagar

Telangana Minister for Irrigation and Civil Supplies N. Uttam Kumar Reddy is scheduled to visit Huzurnagar in Suryapet district on Friday. At 1 PM, he will inspect the construction of a model housing colony with 2,160 houses for poor families at Ramaswamy Gattu in the town.

During the visit, the minister will review the progress of construction, the provision of basic infrastructure and other development works in the colony with the concerned officials. The visit comes as the government is making arrangements to distribute the houses to beneficiaries through Congress leader and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi later this month. The minister is expected to instruct officials to complete the remaining works promptly and ensure smooth arrangements for the distribution programme.
