Tragic Road Accident Near Atlanta Claims Life of Young Man from Andhra Pradesh

A tragic road accident near Atlanta in the United States has claimed the life of Akash, a 26-year-old Telugu youth from Ponnur in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. Akash belonged to the family of the late Dr. Kommineni Seshagiri Rao, a well-known doctor from Ponnur. His parents, Kalyana Chakravarthy and Padma, had settled in the United States several years ago. Akash had recently completed his education and joined a reputed company, beginning a promising career.

According to reports, the accident occurred on November 1 near Atlanta when a speeding heavy truck rammed into Akash's car from behind. The impact left the vehicle completely wrecked, and it caught fire shortly afterwards. Akash reportedly died at the scene. Local authorities have registered a case and initiated an investigation. His sudden death has left his parents, relatives and family members devastated. Telugu community organisations in the United States are assisting the family with the necessary formalities and arrangements to bring his mortal remains to India.
