Mahindra has once again increased the prices of its SUV lineup, citing rising raw material costs as the reason for the hike. The company has raised prices by up to 2.7%, marking its second price revision this year after increasing prices by up to 2.5% in April.
The latest hike applies to nearly all of Mahindra’s petrol and diesel SUVs, with the exception of the Scorpio N. The Bolero has received the highest increase, with prices going up by as much as ₹49,000. Other models affected include the Thar 3-Door, Thar Roxx, XUV 3XO, Bolero Neo, Scorpio Classic, and XUV700.Under the revised pricing, the Mahindra XUV 3XO now starts at ₹7.79 lakh, while the Thar Roxx is priced from ₹12.52 lakh. The XUV700 continues to be available from ₹13.99 lakh onwards. However, Mahindra has left the prices of the Scorpio N unchanged.
In the electric vehicle portfolio, only the XEV 9E has witnessed a price increase. Its starting price has been revised from ₹19.95 lakh to ₹20.65 lakh, reflecting a steep hike of ₹70,000. Prices of the XUV 3XO EV, BE 6, and other electric models remain unchanged.Mahindra’s latest move follows similar price hikes announced recently by leading automakers such as Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, and BYD, as the automotive industry continues to grapple with rising input costs.
