

Union Health Minister JP Nadda is scheduled to visit Vijayawada today and participate in a series of health-related programmes along with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. As part of his visit, Nadda will inaugurate the Critical Care Block constructed at the Vijayawada Old Government Hospital. The facility is expected to strengthen critical care infrastructure and improve access to specialised healthcare services in the region.
Nadda will also virtually inaugurate nine Critical Care Blocks and 12 Public Health Laboratories as part of the scheduled programmes. Following the inauguration events, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and the Union Health Minister will participate in a meeting at Ambedkar Kala Vedika in Vijayawada. The visit is expected to highlight ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare infrastructure and public health facilities in Andhra Pradesh.
