The United Democratic Front (UDF) has surged ahead in the Kerala Assembly election trends, gaining a clear lead over its rivals. Out of the total 140 seats, with the magic figure set at 71, the UDF alliance is currently leading in 80 constituencies, putting it in a strong position to form the government. The Left Democratic Front (LDF) is trailing behind with leads in 38 seats, while the BJP-led alliance is ahead in 10 constituencies.
As counting progresses, the early trends indicate a significant shift in voter preference, favoring the UDF across key regions. Political analysts suggest that if this trend continues, the UDF is likely to secure a comfortable majority. Meanwhile, all eyes remain on the final results as parties await official confirmation.
