The High Court expressed strong displeasure over HYDRA’s actions in the Sunnam Cheruvu demolition and fencing issue. The court noted that HYDRA appeared to have ignored its earlier instructions, which could amount to a violation of constitutional property rights under Article 300-A.
Key questions reportedly raised by the Court include:
Why was fencing erected despite active court orders.
Why the Green Tribunal’s report was not considered.
How boundary limits were decided without first determining the Full Tank Level.
Why no formal survey was conducted to establish clear boundaries.
The Court warned HYDRA that taking actions such as fencing and demolitions in Siete Colony could lead to constitutional violations and ordered that such operations be stopped immediately.
