

An IndiGo flight travelling from Visakhapatnam to Delhi made an emergency landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport due to an engine failure. The aircraft, carrying 161 passengers, developed a technical issue mid-air, prompting the pilots to alert Air Traffic Control. Upon receiving the alert, airport authorities quickly arranged emergency services, including fire engines and ambulances, to ensure a safe landing.
The flight safely landed at 10:59 AM, and all passengers were reported to be safe, with no injuries or casualties. After preliminary checks, passengers were assisted in continuing their journeys. Authorities, including the aviation regulator and the airline’s technical team, are currently investigating the cause of the engine malfunction.
