In a shocking revelation related to the Pahalgam terror attack, two locals from Kashmir allegedly provided shelter to three terrorists for just ₹3,000. The accused, identified as Parvez Ahmad and Bashir Ahmad Jotad, reportedly failed to inform authorities despite noticing weapons, leading to a major security lapse.
Investigations revealed that their negligence contributed to a deadly attack in which 26 people lost their lives. The incident has resurfaced as the attack completes one year, highlighting serious lapses in reporting suspicious activity. Both individuals are currently serving jail sentences for their role in the tragedy.
