

Match-fixing allegations against the Canada national cricket team during the ICC T20 World Cup have created a major stir. The International Cricket Council (ICC) has reportedly launched an investigation into the claims. According to reports, several shocking details are emerging in the case, with suspicions that the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi Gang may be linked to the fixing racket.
Concerns were reportedly raised over the performance of Canada captain Dilpreet Bajwa during the team’s match against New Zealand national cricket team in the tournament. Following this, the anti-corruption unit is said to have questioned him and also examined his mobile phone as part of the probe.
Additionally, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) reportedly claimed in a recent report that the Bishnoi gang may have had influence in Bajwa’s appointment as captain of the Canadian team. The developments have sparked serious discussion across international cricket circles.
