

The disappearance of Indian student Saket Srinivasaiah, who was studying in the US, has come to a tragic end. Local police have confirmed his death and said that his body has been identified. The Indian Consulate in San Francisco has expressed its condolences to the family of the deceased. It said that all necessary assistance will be provided to Saket's family and that steps are being taken with the local authorities to repatriate his body to India.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Saket completed his BTech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Madras and is currently pursuing a Masters in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. He has been missing since February 9. He was last seen near Anza Lake in Berkeley Hills. His passport and laptop bag were found there, and the police later identified his body.
