Land Prices Soar Again in Raidurg IT Corridor

Land values in Hyderabad's Raidurg IT Corridor continue to reach unprecedented levels, with another high-value auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). In the latest auction, one acre of land fetched an impressive ₹204 crore, reflecting the strong demand for premium commercial land in the city's technology hub.

Just two days after a record-breaking auction in which land commanded ₹237 crore per acre, TGIIC auctioned 5.09 acres of land and generated more than ₹1,000 crore in revenue. With the completion of two rounds of auctions, the corporation has reportedly earned nearly ₹2,500 crore, highlighting the growing investor confidence in Hyderabad's booming real estate and IT sectors.
