Hyderabad: Tragedy in Begumpet..

In Hyderabad, a tragic incident occurred in Begumpet where a retired principal, Vijayalakshmi, lost her life in a fire accident while performing puja at home. The fire reportedly started when a lamp flame accidentally caught her saree, quickly spreading and creating panic inside the house.

As the flames spread to the sofa and curtains, Vijayalakshmi collapsed due to severe burns. Upon receiving information from locals, fire personnel rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control. However, she had already succumbed to her injuries by the time help arrived, leaving the neighborhood in shock.
