Govt Issues New Transfer Rules for Secretariat Employees

The government has issued a GO on the transfer of village and ward secretariat employees. It has provided an opportunity for inter-district transfers. It has been stated that transfers will be made as per the new guidelines. It has been said that those with disciplinary and ACB cases are ineligible for transfer. Transfers will be made on the basis of provisional seniority and clear vacancy. It has been said that applications should be made through the portal and departmental secretaries will issue inter-district transfer orders.
